The everyday of our family farm
Beautiful sky.Congratulations on your milestone...
Hopefully after a cuppa.
When the lighting is right one can get some awesome photos... like this one.
I love the sunrise colour, but I can't work out what this first job is.
The first job of the day is feeding the cattle. This photo shows a bale of lucerne silage about to be dropped into the mixer wagon. Another bale plus some grain & water will then be added. The mixer wagon cuts up the bales and mixes it with grain etc. It works on the same concept as a food processor in the kitchen, just on a bigger scale.
Mind boggling scale! What an amazing time saver.
Lovely picture and beautiful sky.
It looks good but not so good here as it would be around 4am.
We are the middle of winter here so sun is rising much later. This photo was taken at 7.34am
A meeting of dawn monsters... I like the light.
Early but at least you get to see the sunrise. : )
I'm glad that Helen asked, and you answered, what you were doing. Modern farming's not like it was when I were a lad.
