    My guess is it's an irrigation project. A culvert perhaps?

      You are correct. We are moving an irrigation channel stop (the structure bottom left of the photo), and now just concreting in place.

    The tractor reminds me of a big ol' dog who's waiting for dad to throw the ball. On the other hand, it could be a scene from a Hitchcock movie in which the tractor is about to push the man off the cliff. Or perhaps i just need a nap. Nice shot, Lynda.
