  9. Nice capture...if someone drew/painted something like this, and people had not seen one they would think it a figment of the painter's imagination. So unreal the coloration...

    1. This spider is a female Golden Orb Weaver. They are quite an attractive spider... if there is such a thing! The males are much, much smaller and no where near as beautiful.
