Kayaking on the Barmah Lake.

About an hour west of our farm, down the Murray River is the Barmah National Park. Together with the adjoining Millewa Forest it forms the largest River Red Gum forest in the world. The Barmah Lake is a Ramsar-listed wetland, a haven for waterbirds & a wonderful place to spend the afternoon kayaking (after raking hay in the morning of course).

  5. I'm a tad envious I have to say (of the kayaking, not the raking!).
