Flooding the lucerne forest.

    1. Yes, lucerne, or alfalfa as it is known in the US, is our main crop that we make into hay. We cut it every 28 days over summer. This paddock that I was watering is about 40cm high.

  2. We used to grow lots of lucerne for our horses in Rhodesian days. So good for them. Diane
